Fix Potentiometer_Alps_RK097_Single_Horizontal silkscreen

Matthias requested to merge MatthiasKunnenG/kicad/kicad-footprints:rk097-footprint-drc into master
  • Remove the silkscreen that is outside the board edge and use clearance according to F5.1
  • Increase the courtyard clearance to 0.25mm in accordance to F5.3
  • Lower border radius of pin 1 to 0.25mm according to F7.3

This footprint has a line on the Edge.Cuts layer, however, I do not see any reason to require this. If someone wants to place the potentiometer deeper or less deep on their PCB this would require them to edit the footprint. I'd like to suggest removing the Edge.Cuts line.
