Fix silkscreen clipped by board edge on USB_Micro-AB_Molex_47590-0001

This MR fixes a DRC violation with the USB_Micro-AB_Molex_47590-0001 footprint. The DRC violation is "Silkscreen clipped by board edge". I've reduced the related silkscreen components to resolve this warning.

Regarding the klc-check warnings, I can round the pads if desired and can center to the f.fab, just let me know.
