Added BarrelJack_Wuerth_694103107102_1.35x3.9mm

Hello,

I would like to add the Würth 694103107102 footprint for a horizontal 1.35x3.9mm SMD barrel jack connector to the barrel jack connector library. I have mostly used the other Wuerth footprints in the same library as guideline for designing this footprint.

The pad sizes are 2.2 x 2.2mm, as defined by the PCB layout in the datasheet. I have changed the square pads to square pads with rounded corners as suggested by the scripts.

The footprint check does not return any warning or errors.

I am only just getting started with contributing to an open-source project. I have followed the instructions to the best of my capabilities, but if there's anything wrong with the way this merge request is created or the setup of my fork, please let me know (preferably in replying to this request) so I can fix it. I am looking forward to contributing more of the footprints I've created for my work down the line.
