Changes:

Update ball A1 indicator on all non-generated BGAs to new style
Rotate LFBGA-169_16x12mm_Layout28x14_P0.5mm_Ball0.3_Pad0.3mm_NSMD to correct orientation
Move RDs on some generated BGAs to not overlap with marker
