BGA/CSP: upgrade manually-drawn BGAs to KiCad 7 format

This is a straight re-save of all the BGAs not in the KiCad 7 20221018 format.

No BGAs or CSPs remain in any previous format:

grep -L 20221018 Package_{BGA,CSP}.pretty/*.kicad_mod | wc -l
0

Since many of these need to be edited for pin 1 silkscreen and BGA pad properties (and probably moved to generated definitions) soon, this will make diffs simpler at that time.

There should be zero geometric or metadata changes.
