Add NHD-C0220BiZ-FS(RGB)-FBW-3VM 2x20 character I2C display with RGB backlight

Please configure your personal fork of the KiCad project with the following settings:

1. Settings->General->Visibility->Pipelines should be enabled and set to "Everyone with access".

I could not find that setting. Hopefully it is OK.

• Footprint based upon: !2059 (merged) and manually modified. No sensible generation script available for this kind of part.

Notes:

• For the through hole pads, I kept all the same dimensions from !2059 (merged) except for the RGB LED pads; I made those the exact size given in the datasheet (which is smaller than it was in !2059 (merged)) to provide sufficient clearance.
  • These also had to move down in order to match pin group relative positions.
• All other (fab layer) dimensions seem to match !2059 (merged).
