Added Hamamatsu S14160-6050HS MPPC

This is a multi-pixel photon counter device from Hamamatsu.

Datasheet Note: This device has no orientation i.e. no pin 1!

Note: MFR: This package realizes the four-side buttable arrangement. This is why I designed the courtyard as just Package size + tolerance. The tolerance is given as 0.1mm

The weird square on the F.Fab layer is the index mark as noted in the datasheet. Since this device has no real orientation, I've added it on the top, not on the bottom.

The pins are named alike to facilitate using this with D_Photo_MPPC. This specific device is not an MPPC array but one single MPPC.
