Notes:

  • I deliberately made the courtyard clearance smaller than required for BGA packages (0.25mm instead of 1 mm). This is required from design reasons. One wants to keep the gate loop small as possible, in order to provide proper switching.
  • I had to place the Fab-Layer RefDes outside the Fab-Layer outline of the part, since I wasn't able to fit 3 characters inside.
