Added a screw symbol

Patrick Baus requested to merge PatrickBaus/kicad-footprints:add_screw_symbol into master

This is the footprint for the screw symbol presented at kicad-symbols!4196.

I find it useful to label screw types and torque on the PCB to reduce the sources of error.
