Add SMD silicone rubber switch TSF-1266 footprint

• There is very little documentation for this switch. Best I could get was from Aliexpress seller

• The minor dimensions were calculated from picture, while counting distance in pixels. Then recalculate pixels to distance in mm (dist_mm = num_of_px * 3/70)

• It is simple push switch - symbol is already there (SW_Push or SW_Push_45deg )

• The 3D model is done and following merge requests were raised:

  • 3D model source: MR393
  • 3D model export: MR941

• The 3D model matches with footprint
