Added Meanwell NSD10 DC/DC converter

This is a large 10W isolated DCDC converter. Available as single-output (NSD10-S) and dual-output (NSD10-D). The footprints are identical for both versions (one pin is N/C for the single version). datasheet, dual version datasheet, single version Note that the datasheet doesn't show the footprint, but a bottom view of the device. The footprint is the mirrored version of the datasheet drawing (verified with the 3D model).
