Added Traco TMR4WI footprint

Hi KiCad-Librarians 🙂,

I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.

MR Footprint-Script: kicad-footprint-generator!993 (merged)

MR Symbol: kicad-symbols!4137 (merged)

The footprint did not throw any KLC-errors.
