Fix body size error in Bourns 3386W

I missed a defect in the Bourns 3386W MR !3356 (merged).

The body size should have been 4.83, not 4.93:

I have also tweaked the fab and silk lines to have coterminous endpoints and make the fins a nice round 1mm wide (matches the widest 3D model I have seen - there are several around)

And move the chamfer to the other side (was top left, but that deletes a fin).

And add the body sizes to the description.
