Added TMU 3 footprints

I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.

MR Footprint-Script: kicad-footprint-generator!977 (merged)

MR Symbol: kicad-symbols!4109 (merged)

The footprints did not throw any KLC-errors.
