Footprint for SFH3710 phototransistor.

I'm a bit unsure on 3 things:
- how to mark pin1, package marking is Collector:
- How much to round pad edges
- proper Fab layer information
Collector is marked on device package (and is pin 1)
So for now I've marked it with a L underline, and a transistor symbol:
the whole thing then looks like this:
As for footprint dimensions:
No commit for the symbol yet.
