Add Infineon EasyPIM-1B_1 footprint (used in for e.g. FS30R06W1E3)

Footprint for reference:

Datasheet does not give recommendation on the pad size, but given it's high current application 2 mm diameter pads were utilized (which is identical to the already existing Infineon_EasyPIM-2B package.)

Naming wise I was a bit confused as the same EasyPACK package used with different pin positions.
