Add GaN_Systems_GaNPX-3_5x6.6mm_Drain3.76x0.6mm

Hi,

I'd like to add the footprint of the GaN-Systems GS66504B GaN-HEMT (https://gansystems.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/GS66504B-DS-Rev-200402.pdf).

There is an ongoing MR for the footprint of the GS66502B ( !3309 (merged)). The footprints are almost the same, except of the size and the position of the drain pad.
