Traco TBA2 footprints

Hi KiCad-Librarians 🙂,

I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.

MR Footprint-Script: kicad-footprint-generator!945 (merged)

MR Symbol: kicad-symbols!4049 (merged)

Both footprints did not threw any KLC errors.
