Added Microchip BM83 Bluetooth 5.0 Stereo Audio Module
Hello, I've just created the footprint for the Microchip BM83 Bluetooth module.

I didn't get why the klc-check report that this footpring is a bit off x-axis. The F.Fab layer is between -7.5 and 7.5mm.
