Fix KLC: Kingbright KPA-3010

Follow-up to !3116 (merged) to fix a new KLC check which I missed by using a stale check script.

Also update a mistake in the description:

• "Clear lens" is not detailed by the part number (this is a suffix like CGCK for green)
• Add "right angle"

Also some minor changes for consistency in the library:

• Silk screen behind both major pads to "link" the two visually more
• Cut in courtyard a bit more (0.5mm to lens sides to keep away from the sight line)
