Added Diodes PowerDI3333-8 type UXC

Added PowerDI3333-8-UXC footprint.

This is basically a shrunken version of the dual-fet 5x6mm DFN packages, but in a 3.3x3.3mm package

As I went to use it, I found out I also had to add a symbol: kicad-symbols!3895 (merged)

Dimensions were entered into a fusion360 sketch, exported as DXF and imported into kicad for alignment
