GCT USB4105 - added through-hole paste layer

@kliment1 suggested adding solder paste to the through-holes of this SMD components, similar to how it's done in !3080 (merged)

I did the original merge request on this component, and nothing else has changed, apart from the solder paste on the through-holes: !2937 (merged)
