add Samtec TSM horizontal SMD connectors

This adds footprints of the horizontal SMD variants of Samtec's TSM range.

(Vertical variants of all kinds and horizontal through-hole variants are not needed, as they are already covered by Connector_PinHeader_#.##mm.)
