Fix RFM95W SMD

I used the existing HOPERF_RFM9x_SMD footprint in a board, and found that dimensions are not ok.

The datasheet don't show a recommended footprint for this component.

Module pads has the same dimensions on top and bottom sides:

Module dimensions are 0.15 bigger than in the datasheet:

And module pads extends beyond the PCB pads:

I measured dimensions, and found the pads in the RF module are:

• 1.97mm long between edge of the board and inner side of the pad.
• 1.25mm width

I looked for a similar RF module:
