Added LED_PLCC2_AK footprint

I've found that standard LED symbol has anode on pin 2 and cathode on pin 1:

We have PLCC-2 footprint, with marking on pin 1 (cathode):

Now I found a PLCC-2 LED: https://assets.cree-led.com/a/ds/h/HB-CLM3C-MKW-WKW.pdf which has marking on pin 1, which is anode:

And it is not the only one: https://media.digikey.com/pdf/Data%20Sheets/CREE%20Power/CLM3A-BKW,GKW.pdf

So this footprint is needed for these with non-standard pin numbering.

There are some diode footprints with _KA and AK variants in the library, for example, D_MicroSMP* and D_Powermite*.

Existing LED_PLCC-2 footprint name is not changed, to avoid breaking existing designs.
