Add diode bridge WOB footprint

Fixed and updated version of https://github.com/KiCad/Diodes_THT.pretty/pull/9. I did not find the actual manufacturer datasheet so I kept the one from Farnell.

There are many symbols for diode bridges with different pinouts and here is the matching one: image
