Changed name of footprint Avago_ADPS-9960 to Avago_APDS-9960 according to the datasheet

This request is a follow up from the following issue in the symbol library: kicad-symbols#3190 (closed)

The symbol ADPS-9960 was misnamed according to the datasheet: https://docs.broadcom.com/doc/AV02-4191EN

To get the naming scheme consistent for footprint and symbol the following is changed in the footprint:

• The footprint Avago_ADPS-9960 has been renamed to Avago_APDS-9960.
• The footprint value property has been changed accordingly.

No changes have been made to the dimensions of the footprint
