Add Inductor_SMD_Wurth.pretty, Inductor_THT_Wurth.pretty, series WE-LQSH, WE-HCFT

Hi KiCad team,

Merge request includes first Inductor THT series (WE-HCFT) and first Inductor SMD series (WE-LQSH). (I included both so it is only one change to fp-lib-table). Screenshots of footprints are in the files below.
