Add JAE MM70-314B1 and Amphenol 10151114-00xxLF connectors, with pin names suitable for SMARC computer module specification

Both connectors are for the same type of module, so they share a lot between them.

Amphenol footprint:

The JAE footprint is for the same physical connector as the existing JAE_MM70-314-310B1 footprint, used for MXM3 graphics cards.

SMARC specification redefines the pin numbers and "ungangs" all pin groups used in MXM3 connectors, and therefore a new footprint is required.
