Add maskless version of bridged jumpers

I just generated these with a script that copies the bridge polygons to the mask layer as well, and changes the description accordingly. I opened them up in the library editor and tested and they seem to work as expected.

This came out of discussion on https://github.com/kinx-project/kint/pull/30 and should resolve #2078 here as well.

I also updated the descriptions for the two-bar versions so they read "bridged with two copper strips" instead of "Bridged2Bar with copper strip".

Also, a sidenote: the Merge Request template mentions the "Settings->General->Visibility->Pipelines" setting, that seems to have been changed from "Pipelines" to "CI/CD", so the template should probably be updated accordingly.
