Edit the pad and hole size values of the nRF24L01_Breakout

On page 34-36 of the datasheet, the J1 connector pad and hole size is not specified, and since most modules use something similar to PinHeader_2x04_2.54mm_Vertical, I changed the sizes value of the pad and hole to match PinHeader_2x04_2.54mm_Vertical.

Using the current footprint does not allow pins to pass through even using a PCB fabrication service, if is helpful I've attached some images (just ignore the dusty module) of how the pins won't fin with the current footprint and how it fits on a conn 2.54mm similar.

Just a side note the required configuration of step 1, I can´t find them on that route, so searching I found the config of Settings->General->Visibility, project features, permissions->Repository->CI/CD should be enabled and set to "Everyone with access". Is this equivalent?
