Connector_SATA_SAS - Fix misplaced pads in footprint

The row of connector pads was accidentally shifted by with 0.1mm offset to real connectors pins. (It seems to be a long-term issue originating in my original now archived repository.)

The issue was fixed now by the correct repositioning of the pads row.

The position was corrected to the proper dimension based on connector drawings (1mm confusedly marked as I in the drawing)

Additionally, to fix that pad's position, the link to 3D model was updated.
