Add CUI SJ1-351XN

I've drawn footprints for CUI SJ1-3513N, SJ1-3514N and SJ1-3514N 3.5mm jack connectors. It's my first contribution, I tried to follow the guidelines, but I'll be glad to fix any issues you spot.
