Adding generated footprint from kicad-footprint-generator!722 (closed)

This overrides the MR from !2686 (closed)

Note: the difference in name between the generator and the footprint repo is due to the recommended thermal pad dimensions for the footprint (3.2mm) 0.1mm bigger than the pad on the chip (3.1mm).

Since the .yaml description is supposed to describe the chip, it makes more sense to me to have the dimensions from the chip in the device name in the .yaml, and use the footprint dimension for the name of the footprint here.
