Added ADI specific PHY footprints - annular ring width violation shall be accepted

These footprints have reduced EP sizes and keep out bars on 2 sides between pads and EP area

  • violation F6.3: central pad EP thermal via area at bottom side shall not have paste nor solder mask
  • violation F7.5: thermal vias annular ring width is 0.1 or 0.118. Allows better distribution. All (almost) manufacturers can handle this as standard design rules.
  • violation F9.3: Uses appropriate model from QFN lib
