SMD Connectors Samtec HLE: Changed link to 3D models of footprints with option BE.

As discussed in issue #2507 (closed) i changed the link to the 3D models of all Samtec HLE SMD footprints having option BE. The new link now references the 3D model connected with the Samtec footprint without option BE, since both 3D models are the same.

Additionally in all footprints the tag was changed from top entry to horizontal and the fp_text user was changed from %R to ${REFERENCE}

The footprints are generated with the script https://gitlab.com/kicad/libraries/kicad-footprint-generator/-/blob/master/scripts/Connector/Connector_Samtec/conn_samtec_hle.py

Since the name of the footprints with option BE differ from the name of the 3D model these fottprints will produce a rule (voilation F9.3). (see #2507 (closed))
