lumissil(Issi) QFN 44

Electro707 requested to merge Electro707/kicad-footprints:issi_qfn_44 into master

This PR is for lumissil (or ISSI)'s QFN-44 package, which is a 5x5 and also has some extra copper between 2 pins and the thermal pad.

You can speed up the process by providing all the necessary information (see above). And you can speed up the process even more by providing a dimensioned drawing of your contribution.
