Added Jack_3.5mm_TH_PJ313D_Horizontal

This (C18167) is currently only 3.5mm jack available through JLCPCB SMT Assembly service.

I did not followed the convention of having pin 1 square and rest oval. Because audio jacks don't have pin called 1. They have some of the pins twice. And i think rounded squares on all pins will improve durability of the solder joint and copper-substrate bonding (when compared to oval), which is vital, since these connectors usualy take a lot of stress. Also it is unlikely for this component to be populated other way round thans to its keyed pin configuration.
