Fix 3D model name for Texas DRC0010J

This merge request doesn't add any new footprints; it simply corrects the 3D model path.

I haven't fixed the similar Texas_DSC0010J, as the heights are slightly different. Specifically, DSC0010J has 0.75mm nominal height (0.8mm max), whereas DRC0010J has 0.9mm nominal height (1.0mm max), matching the pre-existing 3D model.

Looks like this will probably be superseded by larger changes in &9 so feel free to dismiss this merge request if those changes are likely to land soon.
