More accurate description for D_MiniMELF

MiniMELF and SOD-80 footprints are identical, so I added word "SOD-80" in existing D_MiniMELF.kicad_mod's description and Tag. This will improve searching. Datasheet: https://www.vishay.com/docs/85557/ll4148.pdf#page=3

  • Give a reason behind any intentional library convention rule violation.
