Added ST_SDIP-25L
Addition of ST_SDIP-25L package for STGIPSxxxx 3phase inverter modules.
I have tried to create a footprint library for IGBT modules named Transistor_IGBT_Module. The symbol is renamed as ST_SDIP-25L. Dimensions omitted from the description.
This is a custom design, from the datasheet footprint info provided: www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/cd00244265.pdf
I have some text at the visible silk side in order to provide mounting details on the pcb's surface.

About drill hole dia i am not sure but i have used max values from datasheet.
Logic pin holes: Max diagonal 0.919 (0.65/0.65) + 0.2 = 1.1mm Pads: 1.8mm
Power pin holes: Max diagonal 1.320 (0.65/1.15) + 0.2 = 1.5mm Pads: 3mm
Mount holes: 6mm Dia
