Add L_6.35x10.55mm_H5.9mm coil footprint

This merge adds L_6.35x10.55mm_H5.9mm air coil footprint. There are a few manufacturers using this package for their air coils, e.g. Würth Elektronik, AVX, Coilcraft.

Manufacturers provide 3D models, therefore there's no associated pull request.
