Capacitor_THT: Regenerate from scripts

Capacitor footprints are outdated with respect to the generator script. In https://github.com/pointhi/kicad-footprint-generator/pull/504 I attempt to fix the generator and here you have a PR with updated output.

I've avoided spliting the lib or doing any further rework as requested in previous PRs.

I think the PR is easyer to review viewing the diffs commit by commit rather than looking at the FPs themselves as changes are minor for almost every type of capacitor and the outstading changes are renames.
