Add Wuerth 60312202114511 SMA edge mount coaxial connector

This merge adds new SMA edge mount connector: model 60312202114511 produced by Würth Elektronik. The footprint includes connector outline placed on F.Fab layer, expected PCB edge location on Dwgs.User layer and note regarding maximum PCB thickness on Cmts.User layer.

The 3D model is available at the manufacturer site, therefore there is no associated pull request.

F6.2 - Footprint anchor should be placed in the middle of the component body

Anchor has been placed in the middle of the side of the component, where PCB edge is located. That place was selected in order to make it easy to place the component at the exact edge of the board.
