Connector_JST: JST-PA connector subset

Adds a subset of the JST-PA connector series: just the true-SMT (no NPTHs) horizontal headers. Footprints were generated using to the smd_single_row_plus_mounting_pad script in the KiCad footprint generator repository: https://github.com/pointhi/kicad-footprint-generator/pull/535

I'm working on more of these, since I prefer to use the SMT w/ NPTH boss variants for physical location.

The last screenshot includes the official JST CAD for visual comparison which is NOT included in this pull request.

  • If there are matching symbol or 3D model pull requests, provide link(s) as appropriate
  • Check the output of the Travis automated check scripts - fix any errors as required
  • Give a reason behind any intentional library convention rule violation.
