Add Panasonic AQ-H series solid state relays, SSO-8-N7

Add Panasonic's AQ-H series, triac-based, solid state relays. They come in DIP and SMD packages, as well as zero cross and random phase variants. Assorted current handling capabilities range from 300mA to 1.2A.

The generator script did not save the Nx naming convention for denoting specific missing pins, so I have manually renamed this file as generated from kicad-footprint-generator script.

All contributions to the kicad library must follow the KiCad library convention
