Added some Bourns inductors (SDR0302, SRP1770C and SRR1280)

There are pads with two rounded corners in datasheet. I created them by placing two overlapping pads with the same number but I am not sure if it is optimal solution.

The same rounded corners as in previous part. The rounding is small (radius 0.2) to prevent overhanging of part on bigger side of tolerances.

All contributions to the kicad library must follow the KiCad library convention
