Add SMA_Wurth_60312002114503_Vertical.

This connector appears to be functionally identical to SMA_Amphenol_132134_Vertical, and is a copy of it, with appropriate fields changed, and dimensions verified against Wurth datasheet. I verified:

  • Drill size against hole pattern
  • Courtyard size against connector dimensions which seems enough.
