Add Amphenol-FCI SFCxx connectors

The footprint-origin check (KLC F6.2) fails. But I think its a false positive, the component origin is in the Pick'n'Place origin.

  • Provide a URL to a datasheet for the footprint(s) you are contributing
  • An example screenshot image is very helpful
  • Check the output of the Travis automated check scripts - fix any errors as required
  • Give a reason behind any intentional library convention rule violation.
