Hi, this is a new try to add footprint for SA39-11, SC39-11, SA39-12, SC39-12 10x13mm Kingbright 7 segment LED displays.

The footprint is based on an other 7segment display from the same lib. The datasheet is: http://www.kingbrightusa.com/images/catalog/SPEC/sa39-11ewa.pdf

This pull request is equal to my previous one: https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-footprints/pull/1618 https://github.com/Solartraveler/kicad-footprints/compare/6baa30...73177a2 But after reviewing the footprint, the license check failed and in order to fix this, I messed up my first branch completely.
